Media Design School presents: Decade Arcade
Media Design School was the first school in New Zealand to offer a Bachelor in game development. 10 years on, and we’re known as one of the leading tertiary providers for game development and we think that’s something worth celebrating.
They say you should surround yourself with the kinds of people you’d like to be, so what better excuse to network with some of the greatest minds within New Zealand’s gaming industry
Introducing: Decade Arcade!
Many MDS alumni have worked their way into top studios to work on well-known games, like Call of Duty and Path of Exile; while others have looked to chase their own visions, releasing indie games that have developed huge followings around the globe. This November, we are inviting as many as we can to present at what we think could be one of the most prolific game development events New Zealand has ever seen!
Worry not! We will fill the void left by the cancellation of Auckland Armageddon (too soon?). Not only will you be entertained by the stories and experiences of our veteran elite, but you’ll hopefully be able to pick up a thing or two to guide you toward your own goals.
So, crack those knuckles, study up on your gaming trivia, and get ready to join an event that you’ll be telling your grandkids about.
