There’s no doubt Covid has caused unprecedented disruption in the education sector and jeopardised billions in international education exports across the world. But this has presented an opportunity for Xero’s EdTech tool, Xero Learn and EdTech application partner, AccountingPod, to deliver a much-needed instructional wrap around Xero with self-paced modules, personalised real-time feedback and in-web help of particular benefit to international students. Our dynamic collaboration delivered on teachers’ needs as well making deployment easy via: class dashboard view, training and onboarding, pre-built curriculum aligned content, auto-marking, insightful reporting, priority web support and features to deliver on authentic assessment and international accounting education guidelines.
Education providers were able to seamlessly deliver online learning to international students all over the world, especially in China. This combined with interactive online learning experiences and algorithmic assessment has been of great value to the Australasian tertiary sector in pivoting to overcome challenging circumstances while staying connected with their students. This trend in online learning solutions offers a significant opportunity to the NZ EdTech sector.
